Zaq is the finest taxi driver in Cincinnati!
I was looking for a driver to help with out of town clients with my job, a local business I could count on to pick up clients at the airport take them to meetings in town and I've found a true gem in our Queen City with Zaq and his RiverFront Taxi Service.
I email Zaq clients flight arrival and departure times, he confirms the appointments within minutes. He even greets the clients at baggage arrival and drives them quickly and safely to downtown Cincinnati. Now I email him clients agendas and he takes care of every detail.
I also needed a taxi myself this week, called Zaq and he was at my door in minutes.

I've gotta say, I questioned myself writing this review because as many of you know, taxi's in Downtown Cincinnati are an endless stream of inaccurate quote times, drivers not knowing where anything is, or even taxi's just plain not showing up. Needles to say taxi dependency is non-existent. That's why I struggle to write this because I don't want anyone to know my secret. That I have finally found the best taxi service in town.
I found Riverfront Taxi by doing a quick search on Yelp. I didn't expect much based on my experiences with cabs. When I called, Zaq the owner answered and asked where we were heading to. He answered with "OK I will be there in 5 minutes.". Yeah right I thought. I know how cabs curb their arrival times making you wait 30 minutes or longer sometimes. So I continued to get ready when I received a text message reading "Taxi outside. I am here." Interesting. Firstly interesting that he arrived in 5 minutes, and secondly interesting that he text me telling me he was there so we didn't have to go outside and stand in the cold. The moment we got in he was inviting and charming and made the ride super enjoyable.
They've even helped us find a cab before when they couldn't get to us in a timely manner. We called once and he said all his drivers were busy but he said he would text all of his taxi contacts and get someone to come get us. What?!?! He sent business to someone else because he knew he couldn't get to us as fast as another company. Unheard of. The next time we called Zaq again came and not only remembered us but asked us if the other guy came to get us and if he was on time. Amazing.
We will continue to call Zaq. We are now loyal customers. One thing I hate is when taxi companies blatantly lie about when they will be there just so they will get your business. I don't care if you say 45 minutes, I just want to know an accurate time. Riverfront knows this and the way they help you get a ride whether it be from them or someone else will have me calling them first every time. I highly recommend. An easy five stars.

So we always use Zaq (the owner) he is the best! We live downtown and have tried every, and I MEAN EVERY cab company there is. As Justin said, we are usually on schedule, or have a dinner reservation and hate being lied to or tricked when a cab company says, "10 minutes" and then 40 minutes later... or worse never shows up!
We found Zaq on Yelp and have been using him ever since. A couple things stuck out to me about him and I fell in love:
1) He TEXTS!!! When he is here he will just shoot me a text that says cab is here. Or better, I can send him a text early on in the day and say, "Hey we need picked up at 7. Is that cool? And he will text me directly back instead of being transferred ten times.
2) My girlfriend and I didn't have any cash, and Zaq was driving around looking for an ATM, instead of jacking up the meter, he said, "Don't worry about it this time, you can just pay me next time." I ALMOST CRIED! This is seriously the best service ever!!!
We ONLY use Riverfront Taxi because we can trust them, they are fast and reliable, and well... they are pretty much awesome! Call Zaq!

This is the only taxi service in Cincinnati that hasn't been a hassle to work with. I called, got through the first time, was told a cab would be at my place at the time I requested, and it was! I almost fell over in shock, since every other time I've ever called a cab I either couldn't get though or they would never show up.

We had a group tonight with several stops with dinner reservations & a party & the after party! I reached out to Zaq (the owner) a few days beforehand & he was onboard right away. I asked him to pick us up at 4:45, thinking we needed to leave by 5p & assuming the cab would be late. He was there early and texted me as soon as he was there. He was also on time for the second stop, and most importantly - he was flexible with our late night stops. Our friends needed a second cab, so we asked Zaq and they were there in no time. He has been patient and super friendly with a big group of friends who had a few drinks. He will be the only cab service I use when I am in Cincy/NKY.

I have been using Zaq's services for a few months and he is both extremely reliable and friendly - and organizing a ride is a cinch, even when I need a 4AM or midnight airport run. I text Zaq in advance with my pickup date/time/location and he always responds very quickly. Zaq has several drivers who work for him, and they all can easily take credit cards - very unusual around Cincinnati. He really emphasizes customer service, too. Can't say enough about him or his guys.
